The Benedicto Kitchen Roast Beef starts from the best quality beef we can find. We then start the butchering and seasoning phases. Once complete, we prepare it for baking inside our oven. The cook time cook time is usually 10 to 12 hours. Once complete, you will experience why our roast beef does not need any gravy.
We have several versions of the Roast Beef: Original Signature Roast Beef (dry rub with our secret spices and added herbs); Mustard Glazed (wet rub, balanced flavour and zero sugar added); or a spicy version of each.
